摘要
采用粗糙度仪、硬度计、万能材料试验机等设备,同时利用大气暴露实验方法具体研究干湿结合法(DWC)去除热轧钢板表面氧化物情况。通过相应性能检测表明:该方法对样品的强度和塑性无影响;显微硬度值有微小的变化,但可忽略不计;去除氧化物并涂有防锈剂的钢板完全满足汽车等行业在运输和储存过程中耐大气、耐腐蚀要求;钢板表面粗糙度大小适中且均匀一致,满足喷涂和电泳等方法的油漆涂装要求。
The removal of oxide on the surface of hot-rolled steel plate by dry wet bonding(DWC) was studied by means of roughness tester, hardness tester, universal material testing machine and atmospheric exposure test. The results show that this method has no effect on the strength and plasticity of the samples. The microhardness value has slight change, but can be ignored. The steel plate with oxide removed and coated with rust inhibitor fully meets the requirements of atmospheric and corrosion resistance in the transportation and storage process of the automobile industry. The surface roughness of the steel plate is moderate and uniform, meeting the paint coating requirements of spraying and electrophoresis.
