氧化锌粉中和剂对浸出液成分变化的影响

摘要 为了锌粉的有效置换,确保镓、锗、钴元素的高效拦截,置换渣量精准控制和实现中金岭南丹霞冶炼厂中和置换工序的大流量生产,考察了焙砂(焙砂1号、焙砂2号)和氧化锌(氧化锌1号、氧化锌2号、氧化锌3号、氧化锌4号)这些中和剂加入到浸出液中,对浸出液中的Al和SiO含量的变化,研究了加入锌精矿对过滤的影响。结果表明:对溶液中硅含量影响从小到大排列为氧化锌1号、氧化锌2号、焙砂1号、氧化锌3号、焙砂2号和氧化锌4号,除了氧化锌4号的加入,会引起溶液中铝含量的增加(增加17 mg/L),而其他中和剂加入,铝增加量小于3mg/L;在加入锌精矿后,溶液变得更清亮,表明加入锌精矿后有利于中和后液的过滤。 For the adequate replacement of zinc powder,to ensure efficient interception of gallium,germanium,and cobalt elements,precise control of the replacement slag volume,and to achieve high flow production in the neutralization and replacement process in Nonfemet Danxia smelter,the changes in the Al and SiOcontent of the leach solution by the addition of roasting sand(No.1 and No.2)and zine oxide(No.1,No.2,No.3 and No.4),which are neutralizing agents,were examined,followed by the effect of the addition of zinc concentrate on filtration.The results showed that the impact on the SiOcontent of the solution was ranked from small to large as ZnO No.1,ZnO No.2,oroasting sand No.1,ZnO No.3,roasting sand No.2,and ZnO No.4,except for the addition of ZnO No.4,which caused an increase in the Al content of the solution(by 17 mg/L),while the addition of the other neutralizers increased less than 3 mg/L.After adding zinc concentrate,the answer became clearer,indicating that the addition of zinc concentrate facilitated the filtration of the post-neutralization solution.
