摘要
在实验过程中发现,焦炭挥发分的复样结果与初次分析结果存在超差现象,不能满足实验室质量控制要求,为此,对煤焦样品的粒度、挥发分坩埚、马弗炉进行排查,经排查确认虽然样品粒度满足要求,马弗炉恒温区稳定,但不同的坩埚重量对焦炭的挥发分的分析值存在较大的影响。经研究表明:通过对挥发分坩埚依重量进行筛选,提高了焦炭挥发分分析的准确性,满足了实验室对焦炭挥发分分析数据的质量管理要求。
During the experiment,it was found that the duplicate sample results of coke volatiles and the initial analysis results were out of tolerance,which could not meet the quality control requirements of the laboratory.Therefore,the particle size of coal coke samples,volatile crucible and muffle furnace were investigated,and it was confirmed that the particle size of samples met the requirements and the constant temperature zone of muffle furnace was stable.It was found that different crucible quality had a great impact on the analysis value of coke volatiles.The research shows that the accuracy of coke volatile analysis is improved by screening the volatile crucible according to the weight,and the quality management requirements of the laboratory for coke volatile analysis data are met.
