摘要 钢中夹杂物的检测分析与控制技术是提高钢产品质量和洁净钢研究的重点。只有正确全面地分析钢中的夹杂物才能更清晰地明确夹杂物的来源和产生机制,从而有针对性地减少和控制钢中夹杂物。鉴于此,主要对利用扫描电镜对钢中夹杂物的分布、尺寸、种类、成分、形貌进行分析研究,同时结合案例进行了阐述。 The detection,analysis and control technology of inclusions in steel is the focus of improving the quality of steel products and clean steel research.Only by correctly and comprehensively analyzing the inclusions in the steel can the source and generation mechanism of the inclusions be more clearly defined,so as to reduce and control the inclusions in the steel.Therefore,the distribution,size,type,composition and morphology of inclusions in steel are analyzed and studied by using scanning electron microscope,and a case is also described.
