摘要 为降低球团成本,使用低价含铁料代替高价精粉,大胆尝试配加红矿粉(赤泥铁粉和吉普森粉按照一定比例进行细磨的混合物简称红矿粉),在确保满足高炉生产要求的同时,降低球团成本。通过配加红矿粉,探索红矿粉对造球、生球质量、球团质量指标的影响,确定能满足正常生产的最佳红矿粉配比。 In order to reduce the cost of pelletizing,low-cost iron containing materials are used instead of high-priced refined powder,and red ore powder(red mud iron powder and Gibson powder are finely ground in a certain proportion,referred to as red ore powder)is boldly tried to reduce the cost of pelletizing while ensuring that the production requirements of blast furnace are met.By adding red ore powder,the influence of red ore powder on pelletizing,green ball quality and pelletizing quality index was explored,and the optimal red ore powder ratio that can meet the normal production was determined.
