摘要
四川省某磷矿在浮选过程中出现了严重的泥化现象,为解决该问题,对原矿的矿石性质、矿物组成、矿石粒度组成等进行了分析,确定了造成浮选泥化现象的原因是矿石中含有大量的品位较高的细粒级矿石。通过实验室选矿试验,提出了一种选矿工艺改进方案,即对粗粒级原矿进行重选抛尾作业,所得粗精矿经磨矿后与细粒级矿物合并进入反浮选。该方案可有效降低入浮原矿中细粒级矿石含量,消除泥化现象。
In order to solve the serious sliming phenomenon in the flotation process of a phosphate mine in Sichuan Provice, the ore properties, mineral composition and particle size composition of the original ore were analyzed, and the reason for the sliming phenomenon in the flotation was determined to be that the ore contained a large number of fine-grained ores with high grade. Through laboratory beneficiation tests, an improved scheme of beneficiation process is put forward, that is, the coarse-grained raw ore is gravity-separated and discarded tailings. After grinding, the coarse-grained concentrate is merged with the fine-grained minerals into reverse flotation. The scheme can effectively reduce the content of fine-grained ore into the float ore, thus eliminating the mud phenomenon.
