生物质循环流化床锅炉受热面腐蚀的影响

摘要 随着国家低碳环保的能源政策的出台,循环流化床生物质锅炉热电联产项目与日俱增。由于生物质燃料来源广、成分复杂、密度轻、热值差别大等因素,导致生物质CFB运行稳定性较差,其中锅炉的腐蚀问题占比影响锅炉运行稳定的权重较大,因此对生物质CFB碱金属腐蚀、氯腐蚀、低温腐蚀等影响进行论述,从而为优化生物质CFB设计与运行方式提供技术支撑。 In response to the national low-carbon and environmental protection energy policy, the number of biomass boiler cogeneration projects in circulating fluidized bed is increasing. Due to the wide source of biomass fuel, complex composition, light density, large difference in calorific value and other factors, the operation stability of biomass CFB is poor. Among them, the corrosion of boilers accounts for a large proportion of the weight that affects the operation stability of boilers. Therefore, the influence of alkali metal corrosion, chlorine corrosion and low temperature corrosion of biomass CFB is discussed, so as to provide technical support for optimizing the design and operation mode of biomass CFB.
