冶金行业混合煤气的计量与应用探索

摘要 工业生产过程中,各类能源介质计量数据的精准程度会直接影响产品质量及下游生产运行和管理秩序,而对于钢铁企业来说,对混合煤气的精准计量能揭示能源消耗过程,支撑工序的精细用能。鉴于此,对混合煤气计量中的补偿原理进行分析,同时对混合煤气的密度补偿应用进行探讨,以实现对钢铁企业生产工序中能耗的精准计量。 In the process of industrial production, the accuracy of various energy medium measurement data will directly affect the product quality and downstream production operation and management order. For iron and steel enterprises, the accurate measurement of mixed gas can reveal the energy consumption process and support the fine energy consumption of the process. In view of this, the compensation principle in the measurement of mixed gas is analyzed, and the density compensation application of mixed gas is discussed, so as to realize the accurate measurement of energy consumption in the production process of iron and steel enterprises.
