摘要
针对罗源闽光1250 m^(3)高炉炉顶进行了优化设计。炉顶采用成熟可靠的无料钟炉顶设备,布料器上配置水冷氮封系统,煤气封罩上设有打水装置,能够有效保障设备的安全运行;两套均压煤气回收管路可相互切换,保证生产的连续性;配置的旋风除尘器、消音器能够除尘降噪,进行煤气回收,实现节能减排降噪的目的;炉顶各关键设备和阀门均采用液压阀门,配有液压和智能润滑系统,通过PLC控制实现生产的可靠稳定运行。
The optimum design of the top of the 1 250 m^(3) blast furnace in Luoyuan Minguang is carried out. The furnace top adopts mature and reliable bell less furnace top equipment, the water-cooled nitrogen sealing system is equipped on the distributor, and the water pumping device is provided on the gas sealing cover, which can effectively ensure the safe operation of the equipment. Two sets of pressure equalizing gas recovery pipelines can be switched to ensure the continuity of production. The configured cyclone dust collector and silencer can remove dust and reduce noise, recover gas, and achieve the purpose of energy saving, emission reduction and noise reduction. All key equipment and valves on the top of the furnace are hydraulic valves, equipped with hydraulic and intelligent lubrication systems. The reliable and stable operation of production is realized through PLC control.
