摘要 针对首钢长钢炼铁厂2020年度高炉和烧结工序吨铁能耗较高、与行业先进水平相比差距较大的问题,通过采取优化高炉操作水平、强化电能管控等措施,高炉工序吨铁能耗由430.94 kg标煤降到415.17 kg标煤,烧结吨矿能耗由57.30 kg标煤降到48.08 kg标煤,成效显著。 In view of the high energy consumption per ton of iron in the blast furnace and sintering process of Shougang Changgang Ironmaking plant in 2020, which is far from the advanced level of the industry, the energy consumption per ton of iron in the blast furnace process has been reduced from 430.94 kg standard coal to 415.17 kg standard coal, and the energy consumption per ton of sinter has been reduced from 57.30 kg standard coal to 48.08 kg standard coal by adopting measures such as optimizing the operation level of the blast furnace and strengthening the control of electric energy, with remarkable results.
