摘要
昕昊达公司4台竖炉导风墙水梁采用了8根冷却水管加管壁外部堆焊设计,导风墙水梁设计及加工工艺存在一定的缺陷,严重制约了竖炉年修周期。目前竖炉年修周期为12~18个月。经过对导风墙水梁漏水原因进行分析,结合现场使用环境,重新对导风墙水梁结构进行改造,采用新的制作工艺进行加工,导风墙水梁使用寿命可延长至30个月以上。
The water beam of air guide wall of four shaft furnaces in Xin Hao Da Company adopts 8 cooling water pipes and external surfacing welding design of pipe wall. The design andprocessing technology of the waterbeam of the air guide wall are defective. It seriously restricts the annual repair cycle of shaft furnace. At present, the annual repair cycle of shaft furnace varies from 12 to 16 months. The causes of water leakage of the water beam of the air guide wall are analyzed. The water beam structure of the air guide wall was reconstructed according to the site environment. The new production technology is adopted for processing. The service life of the water beam of the wind guide wall is extended to more than 30 months.
