智能煤气排水器的应用与煤气排水系统的优化

摘要 传统煤气排水器存在水封易被击穿、排水器堵塞及能源浪费等缺点,而智能排水器与传统排水器相比更加安全、可靠,同时可节约蒸汽等能源消耗。鉴于此,在分析介绍智能煤气排水器基本原理的基础上,对其智能化系统展开具体阐述。经应用实践证明,应用智能煤气排水器对煤气水封水位、排水器温度、CO等进行监测对煤气系统的安全运行有着积极影响,可减少煤气泄漏事故的发生。 The traditional gas drainer has the disadvantages of water seal being easily broken down,drainer blocking and energy waste,while the intelligent drainer is safer and more reliable than the traditional drainer,and can save energy consumption such as steam.In view of this,based on the analysis and introduction of the basic principle of the intelligent gas drainage device,the intelligent system is described in detail.The application practice has proved that the monitoring of the water level of the gas seal,the temperature of the drainage device and the carbon monoxide of the intelligent gas drainage device has a positive impact on the safe operation of the gas system and can reduce the occurrence of gas leakage accidents.
