摘要
以3102综采工作面初采为工程背景,针对煤层顶板坚硬问题,提出采用深孔爆破方式进行顶板弱化,并辅助采用浅孔爆破强制放顶、水力压裂等技术手段提高顶板弱化效果,采用强化通风、采空区瓦斯抽采等措施对初采期间瓦斯进行治理。并依据现场实际条件,对顶板弱化以及瓦斯治理技术方案进行设计。现场应用后,采面初采期间顶板初次来压步距、周期来压步距分别被控制在27 m、14 m,同时采面瓦斯涌出正常,为采面初采安全高效回采创造了良好条件。
Taking the initial mining of 3102 fully mechanized mining face as the engineering background, aiming at the hard problem of the coal seam roof, this paper proposes to use deep hole blasting to weaken the roof, and to assist in using shallow hole blasting, forced caving,hydraulic fracturing and other technical means to improve the effect of roof weakening. The measures of strengthening ventilation and gas drainage in goaf are adopted to control the gas during initial mining. According to the actual conditions of the site, the technical scheme of roof weakening and gas treatment is designed. After field application, the initial pressure step distance and periodic pressure step distance of the roof during the initial mining of the mining face are controlled at 27 m and 14 m respectively, and the gas emission of the mining face is normal, which creates good conditions for safe and efficient mining of the initial mining of the mining face.
