溶剂再沸塔再沸器管束故障原因分析

摘要 某环丁砜抽提装置溶剂再沸塔再沸器管束经常发生故障,影响了装置溶剂的再生。文章从管束振动、介质腐蚀两方面分析故障产生的原因,对管束流体弹性不稳定、湍流激振进行了核算,认为管束损坏的主要原因是“U”形管束的振动及腐蚀,并对避免管束振动提出了改进建议。 The tube bundles of the solvent reboiler tower of a sulfolane extraction unit often fails,which affects regeneration of solvent in the unit.The causes of the failures were analyzed in aspects of tube bundles vibration and medium corrosion,and the fluid-elastic instability and turbulent vibration of the tube bundle were calculated.It was concluded that the main cause of the failure of the tube bundles was the vibration and corrosion of the U-shaped tube bundle.Some suggestions were put forward to avoid vibration of the tube bundle.
