摘要
常减压装置在停工时往往存在吹扫退料时间长、吹扫不彻底、蒸汽消耗大、蒸汽压力不足、管线内部水锤、蒸罐过程中异味大等问题。为解决上述问题,在现有工艺流程基础上,总结以往的停工经验,提出了一系列新的停工退料处理新思路。通过停工退料流程优化、柴油清洗方案制定、气液相钝化清洗、污水废气密排优化等措施,实现了装置安全快速退料的绿色环保停车。
In the past,there were several problems in the shut-down process of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation,including time consuming of blowing and material withdrawal,incomplete blowing,high steam consumption,insufficient steam pressure,internal water hammer of pipeline,bad smell in the steaming process,and so on.In order to solve the above problems,a series of new ideas for shut-down and material withdrawal were put forward on the basis of the existing process flow and summing up of the past experience.The rapid and environmental-protective shut-down and material withdrawal of the plant was realized through various measures including optimizing the material withdrawal process,making diesel oil cleaning plan,adopting gas-liquid phase passivation cleaning,and optimizing the airtight discharge of waste water.
