摘要
以对苯二酚及2-氨基蒽醌为原料,通过“点击化学”反应合成全取代氨基蒽醌-柱[5]芳烃探针,并采用FTIR、ESI-MS和1 H-NMR对产物进行表征确证。利用紫外-可见吸收光谱法进一步研究该探针与肌酐的络合作用,研究结果表明:全取代氨基蒽醌-柱[5]芳烃探针对肌酐有较好的配位作用,能形成1∶2的配合物。
In this paper,a novel amino-anthraquinone-pillar[5]arene probe was synthesized by using“click chemistry”reaction,with hydroquinone and 2-amino-anthraquinone as materials.Then FTIR,ESI-MS and 1 H-NMR analyses were used to characterize this product and comfirm it as our target probe.Further,the complexation between this probe and creatinine was studied throuth UV absorption spectrometry.The output data indicated that this new probe showed a better coordination effect on the guest creatinine,and they formed a 1∶2 complex.
