摘要
新鲜茶叶采摘后形成干制茶叶,需要经历一系列的干燥工艺来完成。目前,新鲜茶叶干燥的过程中能耗极高,茶叶烘干设备又存在能源利用率低,干燥风速与温度不均匀等问题,为此对茶叶干燥设备的节能优化、受热温度分布不均匀进行重点研究。以常规的干燥设备为基础,在传统设备的结构改进和新型干燥设备研发方面进行茶叶烘干设备优化过程分析,包括基于流体力学的进风口结构优化、增加余热回收和热辅装置、加热装置的实时反馈与调节等环节,为茶叶烘干设备的研究提供理论参考数据和工程探索。
After fresh tea leaves are picked,dried tea leaves need to undergo a series of drying processes to complete.At present,the energy consumption in the process of drying fresh tea leaves is extremely high,and the tea drying equipment has problems such as low energy utilization rate,uneven drying wind speed and temperature,etc.It is proposed to focus on the optimization of energy saving and uneven heating temperature distribution of tea drying equipment.Based on conventional drying equipment,the development process of tea drying equipment is analyzed in terms of structural improvement of traditional equipment and research and development of new drying equipment,including optimization of air inlet structure based on fluid mechanics,increase of waste heat recovery and real-time feedback and adjustment of thermal auxiliary devices and heating devices,etc.This paper can provide theoretical reference data and beneficial engineering exploration for future research on tea drying equipment.
