摘要
该文以日本Plasauto∑血液净化装置为例,介绍了该设备的主要板件的点检方法,并引申出对点检的预防性维护的优势讨论。最后再结合日常维修中遇到的实例,分析介绍了工程师的维修思路和维修过程。
Taking Japanese Plasauto∑ blood purification plant as an example, this paper introduces the spot inspection method of the main plates of the equipment, and discusses the advantages of preventive maintenance of spot inspection. Finally, combined with the daily maintenance encountered in the example, analysis of the engineer’s maintenance ideas and maintenance process.
