摘要
印制电路板(PCB)作为老炼试验的必要工具,在焊接时或高温老炼试验中会出现各种异常,异常的发生会导致电路无法正常工作,或者PCB无法使用等情况。针对老炼用PCB的常见异常问题,该文结合理论和推导,从电阻测量,温度测量、以及线路布局等方面探索快速的异常处理方法。
As a necessary tool for the burn-in test,PCB will have various anomalies during burn-in test in hightemperature.The occurrence of abnormalities will cause the circuit to fail to work properly,or PCB cannot be used.Aiming at the common anomalies of PCB for burn-in,the paper combines recording and derivation to explore fast anomaly handing methods from the aspects of resistance measurement,temperature measurement,and line layout.
