Design of the Quality Inspection and Evaluation System of Civil Air Defense Engineering Protective Equipment

人防工程防护设备质量检测与评估活动是人防工程建设领域的两项常规性工作,针对这两项工作中普遍存在的产品关键质量参数漏检、产品性能评价客观性不足等问题,在研究目前国内人防工程防护设备相关标准、规范的基础上,该文提出了一种通用的人防工程防护设备质量检测与评估方法,设计了一套防护设备质量检测与评估系统软件框架,为提高相关工作的科学性和标准化水平具有重要意义。

The quality inspection and evaluation of civil air defense engineering protective equipment are two routine works in the field of civil air defense engineering construction.In view of the common problems in these two works,such as inaccurate key quality parameters and too much subjective influence in the evaluation process of performance parameters,this paper puts forward a general quality inspection and evaluation method of civil air defense engineering protective equipment based on the study of the relevant standards and specifications of civil air defense engineering protective equipment in China,a set of protective equipment quality inspection and evaluation system is designed,which is of great significance to improve the scientificity and standardization of related work.
