摘要
某厂300 MW循环流化床锅炉在超低排放改造后,发生了引风机失速造成锅炉MFT(主燃料跳闸)动作。该文主要对引风机失速的原因进行深度解析,总结常规的预防措施,并从自动控制的角度出发,提出多种预防引风机失速的自动控制功能。该功能投入使用后,稳定可靠,对同类型机组相关问题的处理提供了解决方案,极具推广价值。
After the ultra-low emission transformation of a 300 MW Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler in a certain plant,the induced draft fan stalled and the boiler MFT(main fuel trip)acted.This paper mainly analyzes the causes of induced draft fan stall,summarizes the conventional preventive measures,and puts forward various automatic control functions to prevent induced draft fan stall from the perspective of automatic control.After the function is put into use,it is stable and reliable.It provides a solution to the problems related to the same type of units and has great promotion value.
