摘要
特种装备制造行业由于行业特殊性及生产模式限制,难以实现大批量式生产,局限了生产规模。故大多数企业采取的是订单式生产,为应对客户日益增多的定制化需求,精益思想的理念对这类企业有很强的实际借鉴价值。故对现有的生产车间进行改造,为符合精益生产的需求,形成多个不同的制造单元,相互交错互补,提高生产的柔性,对企业降低库存,提高计划响应效率有很大的经济价值。
The special equipment manufacturing industry is difficult to achieve mass production due to the particularity of the industry and the limitation of production mode,which limits the production scale.Therefore,most enterprises adopt MTO production.In order to adapt to the increasing professional needs of customers,the concept of lean thinking has strong practical reference value for such enterprises.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of lean production,the existing production workshop is transformed to form a number of different manufacturing units,which are interlaced and complementary to each other and improve the flexibility of production.It has great economic value for enterprises to reduce inventory and improve the efficiency of planning and response.
