摘要
介绍了汉麻纤维的化学构成和物理性能,对汉麻织物的力学性能、吸湿快干性能、水洗尺寸稳定性能及天然抑菌性能进行测试分析。结果表明:汉麻织物因纤维结构疏松多孔而具有很强的吸湿性,但快干性能稍差;汉麻织物的湿态断裂强力高,耐洗性能好;汉麻对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌具有良好的抑制效果,抑菌率超过90%,但对肺炎克雷伯菌的抑制效果不佳。研究可为汉麻类家纺产品的开发提供一定的参考。
The chemical composition and physical properties of hemp fiber were introduced, the tensile properties, hygroscopic and quick drying properties, washing dimensional stability and natural antibacterial property of hemp fabric were tested and analyzed. The results indicated that due to the loose and porous fiber surface structure and its capillary channels, the hemp fabric had strong hygroscopicity, but poor quick drying performance. Also, the hemp fabric had high wet breaking strength and good washable performance. Bacteriostasis rate of hemp fabric against staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli was above 90%, but the inhibition effect on klebsiella pneumoniae was not so good. The research provides valuable reference for developing home textile products of hemp fabric.
