化妆棉断裂强力检测研究

Research on breaking strength of cotton pads

比较了采用条样法和抓样法测试的化妆棉用水刺非织造布的断裂强力,并选用条样法对4种不同面密度和类型的化妆棉进行断裂强力检测,获得其断裂强力范围。结果表明:采用条样法及抓样法测试的水刺非织造布的断裂强力不具有可比性,但测试值的大小趋势是一致的;化妆棉的断裂强力与面密度无直接关系,与化妆棉的紧实程度密切相关,4种棉型化妆棉的干、湿态断裂强力范围为4.8~59.4 N。

The breaking strength of nonwovens for cotton pads by strip method and grab method was compared, and the breaking strength of cotton pads of different surface density and type was tested using strip method. The breaking strength range of 4 different cotton pads was obtained. The results showed that the test results of strip method and grab method were not comparable, but the trend was the same. The breaking strength of cotton pads was not directly related to surface density, but related to its tightness. The dry and wet breaking strength of the 4 kinds of cotton pads was between 4.8 to 59.4 N.
