通过碱处理改变100%聚酯织物的各项物理性能

摘要 聚酯纤维是一种良好的服装用纤维,具有许多优点,然而由于它的吸湿性差,其美观性能下降。为改善这些性能,选择4种不同的100%聚酯织物试样,在等量的快速润湿剂、减量剂或两者组合的条件下,采用不同用量的NaOH和KOH对试样进行碱处理,并测试坯布织物试样的性能。结果表明:碱处理后,聚酯织物不仅单位长度的经纱和纬纱量减少,织物面密度下降,而且弯曲长度和弯曲刚度减小,但透气性有所提升。 Polyester is a good apparel fiber, it has many merits. However, due to its low absorbency, its aesthetic properties decrease. For improving these properties, 4 different 100% polyester samples were taken and given alkali treatment with different amounts of NaOH and KOH with a constant amount of rapid wetting agent, weight reducing agent and combination of both. Finally, these samples were tested for all the properties tested for gray fabrics. A reduction not only in the number of ends per inch, picks per inch, and fabric weight occurred, but also in bending length and flexural rigidity, while air permeability increases.
