我国疾控人员激励机制研究进展与趋势的可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of the Research Progress and Trend of the Incentive Mechanism of Staff in Disease Prevention and Control Agencies in China

目的:探究疾病预防与控制工作人员激励机制的研究进展、热点、阶段性研究前沿和未来研究趋势,为其激励机制的进一步完善提供参考。方法:以CNKI和万方知识平台全数据库为数据来源,运用文献计量方法对纳入疾控人员激励机制相关文献从总体发文量变化趋势、作者和机构合作网络关系、研究热点与阶段性研究前沿3个角度进行科学图谱化分析。结果:共纳入227篇文献。研究发现,我国疾控人员激励机制研究性文章起步较晚,前期发文量总体较少,近年发文量上涨明显且有延续趋势,疾控中心参与的核心合作团队尚未形成;现阶段研究热点为疾控人员激励机制相关的激励因素、激励理论研究、人才队伍建设。结论:未来研究趋势为疾控人员激励机制的激励因素中缺陷的改进措施、动态化的激励方案研究、激励机制实施效果评价。

Objective: To explore the research progress, hot spots, phased research frontier and future research trend of the incentive mechanism of staff in disease prevention and control agencies, so as to provide references for the improvement of the incentive mechanism. Methods: Taking CNKI and Wanfang knowledge platform database as data sources, using the bibliometric method, the literature related to the incentive mechanism of disease control personnel were analyzed scientifically from three perspectives: the change trend of the overall number of documents, the cooperative network relationship between authors and institutions, research hot spots and phased research frontiers. Results: A total of 227 papers were included. The study found that the research articles on the incentive mechanism of disease control personnel in China started late, the number of documents issued in the early stage was generally small, the number of documents issued in the past years increased significantly and continued, and the core cooperation team participated by the CDC had not yet been formed. At this stage, the research focused on the incentive factors related to the incentive mechanism of disease control personnel, incentive theory research and talent team construction. Conclusion: The future research trends are the improvement measures for the defects in the incentive factors of the incentive mechanism for disease control personnel, the research on dynamic incentive scheme, and the evaluation of the implementation effect of the incentive mechanism.
