江苏省高等院校临床医学学科建设制约因素及其改善策略

Restraining Factors and Improvement Strategies of Clinical Medicine Discipline Construction of Colleges and Universities in Jiangsu Province

目的:基于江苏省临床医学学科建设实证调研结果,分析江苏省高等院校临床医学学科建设的制约因素,旨在提升学科建设水平,为促进临床医学学科发展提供参考。方法:运用统计调查表结合文献分析法搜集2015-2019年江苏省60家三甲医院学科建设数据,分析江苏省临床医学学科建设现状、存在的问题以及与发达省份之间的差距,提出对策建议。结果:江苏省部分三甲医院在学科建设方面热衷外延扩张,忽视内涵建设,部分边缘学科亟需加强内涵建设。全省有47个国家临床重点专科,仅4家单位进入全国综合实力百强榜,医院科技排名全国前20名的数量与上海市和浙江省存在一定差距。结论:江苏省高等院校临床医学学科状况整体平稳,但存在建设短板和关键难点,应实施江苏省临床医学提升和发展战略,加强医学院校附属医院和专科医院建设,筹建江苏省医学研究中心,以缩小与先进省份之间的差距。

Objective: To explore the restraining factors of the clinical medicine discipline construction of colleges and universities in Jiangsu province based on the empirical research results of clinical medicine discipline construction, so as to improve the level of discipline construction and provide reference for promoting the development of clinical medicine discipline. Methods: The data of discipline construction of 60 grade-A tertiary hospitals in Jiangsu province from 2015 to 2019 were collected by literature search and questionnaire survey. Some policy suggestions were generated based on the current status and problems of the discipline construction of clinical medicine in Jiangsu province. Meanwhile, the gaps compared with the developed provinces were analyzed. Results: Some of grade-A tertiary hospitals preferred expanding the scale in terms of discipline construction and ignored the connotation construction. The departments with poor economic performance needed to enhance connotation construction. Only 4 units of the 47 national key clinical specialties in Jiangsu province had entered the national top 100 comprehensive strength list. The number of hospitals in Jiangsu province ranked in the top 20 in the country had obvious gaps compared with Shanghai city and Zhejiang province. Conclusion: The overall status of clinical medicine disciplines of colleges and universities in Jiangsu province is stable, but there are shortcomings and key difficulties during the construction. The government of Jiangsu province should implement the strategy for clinical promotion and development, which can strengthen the construction of affiliated hospitals of medical colleges and universities and specialized hospitals, prepare for the establishment of medical research center in Jiangsu province and narrow the gaps compared with the developed provinces.
