我国医学类本科院校综合评价指标体系构建研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:构建富有特色的医学类本科院校综合评价指标体系,为提升高等医学教育质量提供参考。方法:通过文献研究法初步确定评价维度,运用德尔菲法经过两轮专家函询确定评价指标维度,采用层次分析法计算指标权重。结果:两轮咨询专家积极系数均为100%,第一轮专家权威程度为0.81,第二轮专家权威程度为0.85,两轮指标重要程度评分Kendall’s W系数分别为0.272、0.361,最终确定了由6项一级指标、17项二级指标、60项三级指标构成的医学类本科院校综合评价指标体系。一级指标分别为人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承与创新、国际交流与合作、资源保障。结论:本研究构建的医学类本科院校综合评价指标体系科学合理,具有中国特色、符合时代特征,对于引导医学类本科院校特色办学、推动医学高等教育健康发展、保障人民健康安全具有重要意义。 Objective: To construct a characteristic comprehensive evaluation index system of medical undergraduate colleges and universities, so as to provide reference for improving the quality of higher medical education. Methods: The evaluation dimensions were preliminarily determined by literature research method, the evaluation indexes dimensions were determined by Delphi method after two rounds of expert consultation, and the index weights were calculated by analytic hierarchy process. Results: The positive coefficients of the experts in the two rounds of consultation were all 100%, the authority degree of the experts in the first round was 0.81, and that in the second round was 0.85, Kendall’s W coefficients of the important degree scores of the indexes in the two rounds were 0.272 and 0.361 respectively, and finally the comprehensive evaluation index system of medical undergraduate colleges and universities was determined, which consisted of 6 primary indicators, 17 secondary indicators and 60 tertiary indicators. The primary indicators were talent training, scientific research, social services, cultural inheritance and innovation, international exchanges and cooperation, and resource security. Conclusion: The comprehensive evaluation index system of medical undergraduate colleges and universities constructed in this study is scientific and reasonable, with Chinese characteristics and in line with the characteristics of the times, which is of great significance to guide medical undergraduate colleges to run schools with characteristics, promote the healthy development of medical higher education and ensure people’s health safety.
