摘要 碳捕捉和封存技术作为控制CO_(2)排放的有效手段,正在受到越来越多的关注,其应用和建设也越来越广泛,并已成功商业化。碳捕捉和封存中CO_(2)的压缩和注入需要压缩机提供压力,相较于往复压缩机和传统单轴离心压缩机,整体齿轮式压缩机凭借其独特优势在碳捕捉和封存项目中的应用越来越多。同时由于碳捕捉和封存应用中CO_(2)的特殊物性及需要的高压力,以及整体齿轮式压缩机的独特结构,整体齿轮式压缩机在碳捕捉和封存中的应用面临诸多挑战。本文重点从CO_(2)真实气体效应、高压缩比、齿轮转子系统耦合动力学分析、机械密封选用、级间冷却器的设计配置和工厂性能测试等方面,阐述了碳捕捉和封存中整体齿轮式压缩机面临的难题和应对的技术,可为碳捕捉和封存项目中整体齿轮式压缩机的设计和选用提供参考。 As the effective methods in controlling CO_(2)emission, carbon capture and sequestration projects are paid more and more attention, and are constructed and applied more and more widely. The application has been commercialized. In carbon capture and sequestration, compressor is needed to supply pressure for compressing and injection of CO_(2). Compared to reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, integrally geared compressor has its sole advantages and has been applied more and more widely in carbon capture and sequestration projects. However, the application of integrally geared compressor is still faced several challenges due to the existences of special features of CO_(2)and high pressure in carbon capture and sequestration and its sole structure. In this article, from aspects of real effects of CO_(2), high compressive rate, coupling dynamic analysis for gear rotor system, selection of mechanical seal, design and configuration of the cooler between stages, and performance testing of the plant, the difficulties faced in the application of integrally geared compressor in carbon capture and sequestration and the technologies used for encountering the problems were expounded, which may be used for the references in the design and selection of integrally geared compressor used for carbon capture and sequestration later.
