摘要
免疫检查点在调节免疫功能、维持免疫平衡中发挥重要作用。一方面能够抑制过强的免疫应答和自身免疫反应,另一方面,在机体的保护性免疫应答中表现出了限制效应。至此,被发现和研究的免疫检查点有很多,但是目前研究最为广泛而深入的PD-1在肿瘤治疗中所发挥的作用及治疗相关机制仍是一大难题。另外,其他免疫检查点在肿瘤中所发挥的作用也不可忽视,因此,针对TIGIT免疫检查点进行综述,阐述其在肿瘤免疫微环境中的作用。
Immune checkpoints play an important role in regulating immune function and maintaining immune balance. On the one hand,they can suppress the over-strong immune response and autoimmune response,on the other hand,they also show the role of limiting response in the body′s protective immune response. So far,there are a range of immune checkpoints have been researched. However,as the most widely studied immune checkpoint in cancer,the role of PD1 in tumorigenesis and treatment and the mechanism of PD-1 treatment-related efficacy remain a major challenge to the scientific community. Furthermore,the role of other immune checkpoints in tumors should not be overlooked. Here,the TIGIT immune checkpoint is reviewed,and illustrate its role in tumor immune microenvironment.
