自身免疫性疾病(AD)是一种慢性疾病,通常由丧失对自身抗原的免疫耐受性引起,可累及单一器官或多个器官和系统。近年来对AD的研究使人们对其理解不断深入,并确立了更详细和精确的分类和诊断方法,在此基础上有望建立更先进的医疗手段。本文将结合近期的一些研究进展,围绕AD的不同发病因素、发病机制、自身抗体特征及相应治疗方法进行系统介绍。

Autoimmune disease(AD)refers to a type of chronic disease,caused by the lack of immune tolerance to autoantigens,which can endanger specific target organs or multiple organs and systems. In recent years,researches on AD have greatly deepened people′s understanding of it,and established more detailed and accurate classification and diagnosis methods. Based on this,it is expected to establish more advanced medical methods. Here,we will introduce the latest research progress,and systematically introduce the different pathogenesis and causes of AD,as well as the characteristics of autoantibody and corresponding treatment methods.
