Role of collectin in inflammatory response of skin diseases

Collectin作为补体系统的重要组成成分,在固有免疫中具有重要作用。除此之外,目前也发现了collectin其他较为广泛的生物学功能,包括在一些皮肤病炎症反应中发挥作用,如与皮肤相关的一些自身免疫性疾病、银屑病、特应性皮炎。本综述主要描述了collectin的相关结构与功能以及collectin在皮肤病炎症反应中的双重调节作用,为后续进一步研究collectin及探索collectin在皮肤病中的应用提供更多参考依据。

Collectin as a crucial component of complement system,play an important role in innate immunity. In addition,collectin′s other extensive biological functions have also been found. Collectin also play a vital role in inflammatory reactions of some dermatoses,such as some skin-related autoimmune diseases,psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. This review mainly describes collectin′s related structure and function as well as its dual regulatory role in dermatological inflammation,providing more references for further research and exploration of collectin′s application in dermatology.
