供给侧改革视角下大学生创新创业的风险管理探究

On Risk Management of College Students'Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Perspective of Supply-side Reform

在全面深化改革背景下,产业结构转型成为我国经济体制改革的主要向度。在供需结构改革层面,以供给侧结构性改革为主的理论和实践正持续完善与深化。改革的核心要素是创新,创新的价值导向是赋予改革以深度和广度。作为深化改革的新生力量,大学生创新创业为经济转型注入了新活力。毋庸置疑,大学生创新创业既是对“大众创业,万众创新”的具体回应,也为缓解大学生就业压力、拓宽就业渠道提供了新的维度。当前,尽管政府部门在政策、资金、资源等方面对大学生创业加大了支持力度,但是在教育培训、项目结构、资源配置和创业实践等方面还存在诸多问题,尤其是未能切实围绕供给侧改革的大环境和大趋势进行创新,导致大学生创业面临着诸多风险因素。因此,建立健全风险管理机制,并从创业意识、创业能力、项目选择、资源优化、资金支持等方面优化创业环境和创业渠道,成为保障大学生创新创业实效性的关键。

Under the background of comprehensively deepening reform,the transformation of industrial structure has become the main direction of China's economic system reform.At the level of supply-demand structural reform,theories and practices focusing on supply-side structural reform are being continuously improved and deepened.The core element of reform is innovation,and the value orientation of innovation is to give depth and breadth to reform.As a new force of deepening reform,college students'innovation and entrepreneurship have injected new vitality into economic transformation.College students'innovation and entrepreneurship is not only a specific response to"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",but also provides a new dimension to ease the employment pressure of college students and broaden employment channels.At present,although the government departments in terms of policy,capital,resources for college students venture increases the support dynamics,but in the education training,project structure,resource allocation and entrepreneurship practice and so on also has many problems,especially not to surrounding environment and the trend of the reform of supply side of innovation,lead to college students'entrepreneurship is faced with many risk factors.Therefore,the establishment of a sound risk management mechanism,and from the entrepreneurial awareness,entrepreneurial ability,project selection,resource optimization,financial support and other aspects of the optimization of entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial channels,become the key to ensure the effectiveness of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship.
