近十年我国小学全科教师研究的回顾与展望--基于CiteSpace的文献计量可视化分析

Retrospect and Prospect of the Research on Primary School General Teachers in the Past Ten Years--Based on Bibliometric Visualization Analysis of CiteSpace

小学全科教师是国际小学教师教育的发展趋势,也是我国政策导向下农村小学师资的重要力量。2012年教育部在我国首次提出“小学全科教师”的概念,至今已有近十年的时间,诸多学者在小学全科教师领域开展了系列研究,取得了丰硕成果,但是目前鲜有文献对此领域的研究进行可视化分析来探测研究热点与发展趋势。我国小学全科教师领域的研究热点主要集中在理论研究、培养研究、素养研究以及国际研究这四方面;研究趋势倾向于小学全科教师的再认识、困境、素养、学习投入、以及助力乡村振兴等方面。

Primary school general teachers are the development trend of international primary school teacher education,and an important force for rural primary school teachers under the guidance of China's policies.In 2012,the Ministry of Education of the PRC first proposed the concept of"primary school general teachers",many scholars have carried out a series of studies in the field and achieved some fruitful results.However,there are few literature to visually analyze the research in this field as to detect research focuses and development trends.Systematically sorting out and analyzing the research results in the field in China is to provide reference for subsequent research in this field,which focus on theoretical research,training research,literacy research and international research.The research trend tends to be on the re-understanding,dilemma,literacy,learning engagement,and rural revitalization of primary school general teachers.
