On the Building Strategies of Double Position Teachers under Double High-levels Plan

“双高计划”背景下,“双师型”教师建设任重道远,高职院校需要结合自身的实际情况,加强师德师风建设、营造良好的育人环境,规范认定标准、改革教师准入制度,构建教师分层分类评价体系、健全激励机制、校企深度融合、建立校企专兼结合的“双师型”教师培训基地,构建具有中国持色的高职教育师资体系,从而引领新时代职业教育高水平高质量发展。

Under Double High-levels Plan,the building of double position teachers is very important.Higher vocational colleges should strengthen teachers’moral and working style building,construct fine educational environment,standardize rectification criteria,reform teacher admission system,construct classified and layered teachers’evaluation system,complete stimulation mechanism,deepen college-enterprise integration,and set up double position teachers training base so as to establish higher vocational education teachers system with Chinese characteristics and promote high-quality development of vocational education in the new era.
