摘要
随着“互联网+教育”的不断深度融合,网络信息技术逐渐进入高校课堂,教学模式与教学手段改革创新。根据《客户关系管理与实务》课程的特点,基于传统教学模式的现状分析其存在的问题,构建翻转课堂教学模式,从课前、课中和课后三个阶段实现多种教学方式的融合交叉应用,在实践中检验学生的学习效果。该实践教学模式需要激发学生的学习主动性,鼓励学生与教师互动交流,激励学生对知识进行深入学习与探究,这种创新的实践教学方法为应用型课程的课堂教学改革提供参考建议。
With the continuous in-depth integration of"Internet+education",network information technology has gradually entered college classrooms,whose teaching models and teaching methods have been reformed and innovated.According to the characteristics of Customer Relationship Management,based on the current situation of the traditional teaching mode,the existing problems are analyzed,and flipped classroom teaching mode is constructed to realize the integration and cross-application of various teaching methods from the three stages of pre-class,in-class and after-class,and test the learning effect of students in practice,which fully stimulates students'learning initiative,mobilizes the interaction between students and teachers,and encourages students to conduct in-depth exploration of knowledge.This innovative and practical teaching method provides reference and suggestions for classroom teaching reform of applied courses.
