满意度和心理健康需求视域下高校心理育人现状调查--以汉江师范学院为例

On the Current Situation of Psychological Education in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Satisfaction and Mental Health Needs--Taking Hanjiang Normal University as an Example

通过对汉江师范学院在校大学生心理健康教育满意度及学生心理健康需求调查,探索当前高校心理健康教育工作开展现状、存在的问题以及对策。研究表明,大学生对心理健康教育与服务的总体满意度较高,其中心理健康教育课程满意度和心理咨询服务满意度略高于心理健康教育活动的满意度。为提升高校心理育人的针对性和实效性,高校应以学生需求为导向完善心理健康教育教学体系、以创新为视角提升心理健康教育活动实效、以服务学生为宗旨丰富心理咨询载体优化服务供给。

Through investigating the satisfaction of mental health education of college students in Hanjiang Normal University and the needs of students'mental health,this paper explores the current situation,existing problems and countermeasures of mental health education in colleges and universities.The research shows that college students are generally satisfied with mental health education and services,among which the satisfaction of mental health education course and psychological counseling service is slightly higher than that of mental health education activities.To improve the pertinence and effectiveness of psychological education,colleges and universities should improve the teaching system of mental health education guided by students'needs,improve the effectiveness of mental health education activities from the perspective of innovation,enrich psychological counseling carriers and optimize service supply for the purpose of serving students.
