摘要
研究碳源种类对晶硅废料制备碳化硅的影响并制备出高附加值的碳化硅微粉,为晶硅废料的回收再利用提供理论指导。对以晶硅废料为原料制备碳化硅的过程进行热力学研究,发现升高反应温度或者降低CO分压均可促进产物碳化硅的生成。通过XRD、SEM及Rietveld精修计算研究不同碳源在不同气氛下对制备碳化硅的影响,结果表明:采用蔗糖为碳源于氩气条件下制得产物的物相组成最纯净,产物中碳化硅的质量分数为95%,产物形貌呈类球状。
The authors studied the influence of carbon source types on the preparation of silicon carbide from crystalline silicon waste and produced high value-added silicon carbide powder was prepared,by which provided theoretical guidance for the recycling of crystalline silicon waste.The thermodynamics of preparing silicon carbide from crystalline silicon waste was investigated.It was found that increasing temperature or decreasing CO partial pressure during the reaction could promote the formation of silicon carbide.The effects of different carbon sources on the preparation of SiC in different atmospheres were studied by XRD,SEM and Rietveld refinement calculation.The results showed that the phase composition of the product prepared with sucrose as carbon source under argon was the most pure,and the mass fraction of SiC in the product was 95%.The morphology of the product was spherical.
