摘要 将Spearman秩相关模型引入高职院校评价结果影响因素的厘定研究中,以广东省“创新强校工程”为研究个案,选取27所B类高职院校,4个一级指标,89个二级相关数据指标,筛选出28个关键解释指标,通过Topsis-模糊综合评判算法模型耦合关键解释变量评价结果与实际结果有极强相关,进一步验证了Spearman结果的科学合理性.实证结果表明,中高职贯通培养、企业提供的校内实践教学设备值、企业订单学生数、学校财政资金到位、学校财政资金支出与院校排名强相关;普通高职招生人数增长率、专任教师人均教学时数、专业课总课时、在职人员经费占总支出比例、教师继续教育培训支出及占工资总额比等因素未产生实质性影响. The Spearman rank correlation model is introduced into the study of determining the influencing factors of the evaluation results of higher vocational colleges. Taking the “innovation and strengthening school project” in Guangdong Province as a research case, 27 class B higher vocational colleges, 4 primary indicators and 89 secondary related data indicators are selected, and 28 key explanatory variables are selected, through Topsis fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm model coupling key explanatory variables, the evaluation results are highly correlated with the actual results, which further verifies the scientific rationality of Spearman’s results. The empirical results show that the through training of secondary and higher vocational colleges, the value of practical teaching equipment provided by enterprises, the number of students ordered by enterprises, the availability of school financial funds, and the expenditure of school financial funds are strongly related to the ranking of colleges and universities;the growth rate of enrollment in ordinary higher vocational colleges, the per capita teaching hours of full-time teachers, the total class hours of professional courses, the proportion of in-service personnel funds in the total expenditure, teachers’ continuing education and training expenditure and the proportion in the total salary have no substantive impact.
