摘要
针对市场上固态功率放大器体积大、成本高的问题,本文研制了一款Ku波段120 W小型化功放模块。该模块使用国产氮化镓芯片,基于波导E-T结形式进行6路波导功率合成,在13.50~15.35 GHz频率范围内连续波输出功率大于120 W,优势在于体积小、功率大、成本低和完善的监控保护功能。
Aiming at the problem of large volume and high cost of solid-state power amplifier in the market, a Ku-band 120 W miniaturized power amplifier module is developed in this paper. The domestic GaN chip is used to synthesize 6-way waveguide power based on waveguide E-T junction. The output power of the module is more than 120 W in the frequency range of 13.50~15.35 GHz. The advantages of the module are small volume, high power, low cost and perfect monitoring and protection function.
