3D打印技术辅助PaproskyⅢA型重度骨缺损全髋假体翻修1例

摘要 随着3D打印技术日趋成熟,实现个体化精准治疗成为可能。利用3D打印技术构建髋臼骨缺损模型,定制假体,为复杂髋关节翻修术中骨缺损的修复重建提供了一种新方法。该文就收治的1例因强直性脊柱炎髋关节受累初次置换后出现髋臼侧巨大骨缺损患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,以期为临床提供诊疗依据。
