基于Revit的高速铁路双块式无砟轨道BIM设计软件研究 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,BIM技术依托多个试点项目逐步在铁路行业中推广应用。作为信息的载体,模型创建是BIM关键技术之一,但依托现有的BIM商业平台,难以实现轨道工程信息模型的创建以及专业间、阶段间协同设计。针对双块式无砟轨道结构,采用数据驱动的方式,以Revit软件作为三维图形引擎开发轨道BIM设计软件,研究轨道零构件参数化模型超高、方位角、坡度等参数的表达方式,基于线路、路基、桥梁、隧道等专业接口信息,分析轨道超高设计、配板设计、数据模型,自动创建和更新轨道信息模型。研究表明,利用双块式无砟轨道BIM设计软件,能够形成道床板、底座等轨道构件参数化模型、全线轨道数据模型以及BIM模型,提高建模效率和精度。研究成果初步支持专业间的数据协同,支持无砟轨道设计、施工阶段的信息管控与共享,推动了高速铁路轨道工程BIM正向设计。 In recent years,BIM Technology has been gradually promoted and applied in the railway industry depending on pilot projects.As the carrier of information,modeling is one of the key BIM technologies.Relying on the current BIM commercial platform,it is difficult to create the information model of track engineering and collaborate design between majors and stages.Aiming at bi-block ballastless track structure,the BIM design software is developed by means of data-driven and using Revit software as 3D graphics engine to study the expressions of parameters such as superelevation,azimuth and gradient in the parametric track model.Meanwhile,the track superelevation design,track slab design and data model are analyzed on the base of the interface information of alignment,subgrade,bridges,tunnels and so on.Then,the track information model is created and updated automatically.The research results show that the use of bi-block ballastless track BIM design software can create parameterized components model,data model and BIM model,and improve modeling efficiency and accuracy.The results preliminarily support data collaboration between majors and facilitate information management and sharing in the stages of design and construction,which promote the BIM forward design of high-speed railway track engineering.
