摘要
预制装配式聚氨酯固化道床可实现道床结构的工厂化制造、装配式施工及单元化维修,对工程与环境条件恶劣的项目具有良好的适应性。为评估其结构设计、施工、运维的合理性并为其结构优化设计提供方向,在西银高铁首次建立装配式聚氨酯固化道床线上综合试验段。针对试验段建设中存在的问题进行研究分析,提出优化设计方案与思路,得出主要结论如下:道床块与轨枕之间粘接力不足、扣件调整能力差以及轨枕块之间缝隙施工便捷性差等是预制装配式聚氨酯固化道床存在的主要问题,在预制聚氨酯轨枕块、扣件等方面均具备一定优化设计空间;为确保道床块与轨枕之间的粘接力,且便于现场实施,预制装配式聚氨酯固化道床轨枕宽度宜为400 mm;为满足预制装配式聚氨酯固化道床日常维护调整需求,建议配套研发大调整量扣件系统,使其调整能力与无砟轨道扣件相当。
The prefabricated polyurethane curing track bed can realize industrialized manufacturing, fabricated construction and unit maintenance of track bed structure, and has good adaptability to projects with poor engineering and environmental conditions. The prefabricated polyurethane curing track bed, established for the first time on the Xi’an-Yinchuan High-speed Railway for the first time to evaluate the rationality of its structural design, construction, operation and maintenance, provides a direction for its structural optimization design. The problems existing in the construction of the test section are studied and analyzed, and the optimization design scheme and ideas are put forward. The results show that there remains some space for optimization design in prefabricated polyurethane sleeper blocks and fasteners due to insufficient adhesive force between track bed blocks and sleepers, poor adjustment capacity of fasteners as well as poor convenience of gap construction between sleeper blocks, which are the main problems of prefabricated polyurethane solidified track bed. The sleeper width used for the prefabricated polyurethane curing track bed should be 400 mm in order to ensure the adhesive force between the track bed block and the sleeper and to facilitate on-site implementation. And it is recommended to develop a large adjustment fastener system to make its adjustment capacity equivalent to ballastless track fastener system so as to meet the daily maintenance and adjustment requirements of prefabricated polyurethane curing track bed.
