经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者随访服务需求现状及影响因素研究

Study on the current situation of patients’demands for follow-up service after percutaneous coronary intervention and its influencing factors

目的调查经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后患者对随访服务的需求及影响因素。方法通过便利抽样法,采用自制一般情况调查表、自制PCI术患者随访需求调查表,对2020年12月至2021年9月在南京医科大学附属南京医院行PCI术的314例患者开展调查。结果PCI术后患者随访内容需求总分为(139.19±15.28)分,其中用药指导维度得分最高。患者年龄、文化程度、并发症个数、支架植入枚数是PCI术后患者随访内容需求的影响因素(P<0.05)。随访形式中电话随访为首选,最希望由责任医生提供随访,多数患者希望出院后2周以每个月1次的频率接受终身随访。结论PCI术后患者总体上有较高的随访服务需求,年龄及文化程度越高、支架植入枚数及并发症个数越多者对随访内容需求越高,医护人员应根据个体特征,以患者需求为导向制订内容、形式、频次等合理的随访方案,以优化对患者的居家管理。

Objective To investigate the patients’demand for follow-up service after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)and its influencing factors.Methods Through convenient sampling,314 patients who underwent PCI in Nanjing First Hospital,Nanjing Medical University from December 2020 to September 2021 were investigated by self-made general situation questionnaire and self-made follow-up demand questionnaire of patients after PCI.Results The total score of demand for follow-up content of patients after PCI was(139.19±15.28),among which the dimension of medication guidance scored the highest.Patients’age,education level,and numbers of complications and stents implanted were the influencing factors of the demand for follow-up content of patients after PCI(P<0.05).Among the follow-up forms,telephone follow-up was the first choice,and it was most desirable for the attending doctor to provide follow-up.Most patients hoped to receive lifelong follow-up once a month 2 weeks after discharge.Conclusion Patients after PCI generally have a high demand for follow-up service.The higher the age,education level and numbers of stents and complications,the higher the demand for follow-up content.Medical staff should make a reasonable follow-up regimen in terms of content,form and frequency based on individual characteristics and patient demands,so as to optimize the home management of patients.
