帕累托图法系统性评价某院门诊药物咨询情况

Systematic evaluation of outpatient drug consultation in a hospital by Pareto diagram method

目的系统性分析徐州市中医院门诊药物咨询服务状况,旨在为医院开展药物咨询工作、加强临床药师专业水平、为药学服务质量提供帮助。方法利用帕累托图法,对2021年1—12月徐州市中医院门诊药物咨询记录进行系统性解析,并利用帕累托图分析主要因素和次要因素。结果815例药物咨询记录中,咨询人员身份比例最高82.70%,为患者或患者家属;咨询者年龄在41~60岁的占61.23%;咨询药物种类中,中成药占34.23%;在咨询内容中用法用量占49.33%等。结论临床药师为病患者或者院内医生护理人员给予有效的药品咨询服务,有利于提高合理性用药。

Objective To systematically analyze the status of outpatient drug consultation service in Xuzhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,so as to provide help for the hospital to carry out drug consultation,strengthen the professional level of clinical pharmacists and increase the quality of pharmaceutical services.Methods Pareto diagram method was used to systematically analyze the outpatient drug consultation records in Xuzhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2021.And Pareto diagram was used to analyze the primary and secondary factors.Results In 815 drug consultation records,the highest proportion of consultation personnel was 82.70%,who were patients or their families.61.23%of the consultation personnel were aged from 41 to 60 years old.In the types of consultation drugs,Chinese patent medicine accounted for 34.23%.The usage and dosage accounted for 49.33%in the consultation content.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists provide effective drug consultation services for patients or hospital doctors and nurses,which is conducive to improving rational medication.
