摘要
西北地区少数民族大学生中华民族共同体意识的培育,关系边疆稳定、民族团结和西北地区经济发展。对来自西北地区的5所高校近600名少数民族大学生的调查结果显示,当前西北地区少数民族大学生在中华民族共同体意识的整体水平较高。情感归属行为自觉等维度方面从考察人口统计特征因素对其影响的显著性程度上看,政治面貌对西北地区少数民族大学生中华民族共同体意识三个维度的影响差异最为显著,性别、生源地、父母受教育程度、社会交往因素的影响在不同维度上存在差异。可通过课程思政、党员引领、实践养成、以网致胜等途径增强西北地区少数民族大学生中华民族共同体意识培育的实效性。
The cultivation of ethnic minority college students sense of community for the Chinese nation in Northwestern China is related to border stability,national unity,and economic development in the Northwest of China.Based on the cognitive theory of consciousness and the theory of national identity structure,this paper defines the connotation of ethnic minority college students sense of community for the Chinese nation as follows:The ethnic minority college students convergent psychological tendency that includes value cognition,emotional belonging and behavior consciousness towards historical evolution,cultural heritage,value standards,and living habits of the Chinese nation.Taking ethnic minority college students from five universities in Northwestern China as the survey object,this paper conducted empirical research on their sense of community for the Chinese nation.From the three dimensions of value cognition,emotional attribution,and behavior consciousness,this research has been conducted from six aspects including gender,the hometown of the students,political status,education level,economic status,and social contacts.A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed,560 questionnaires were collected,and 544 valid questionnaires were finally obtained.The gathered data show that current ethnic minority college students awareness of the Chinese national community in Northwest China is generally at a high level in Northwestern China.In addition,it also finds that there are significant differences in the various dimensions of Chinese national community consciousness of ethnic minority college students in China s Northwest-This is due to the influence of additional factors such as gender,hometown,political status,education level,economic status,and social communication of these students.Combined with the empirical research results,this paper suggests cultivating Chinese national community consciousness of ethnic minority college students in Northwestern China from the following aspects:First,one should give full play to the role of the main channel and the main position of classroom teaching,build professional courses related to a sense of community for the Chinese nation,improve the curriculum content system,cultivate a good team of teachers,and promote a synergistic effect of co-cultivation;second,one needs a double-sided promotion,i.e.the positive guidance of Party members and peer elites,and self-education.While improving the quality of Party members,one should build a social communication platform,and pay close attention to the construction of peer groups such as classmates group,Party and League branch organizations,dormitories,and students organizations;third,through a series of practical activities and college students exchange activities,one could promote college students of all ethnic groups to form a common cognitive consciousness,emotional bonding,and behavioral consciousness;fourth,one should pay attention to innovating the form of cultivating students through new media,and promptly respond to current topical ethnic issues in the form favored by ethnic minority college students(such as animation,micro videos,microfilms,and cloud classrooms).
