内消软脉汤治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的回顾性研究

Retrospective research on the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis plaque with Neixiao Ruanmai Decoction

目的评价内消软脉汤对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者的临床疗效。方法采用回顾性研究方法,选取2016年9月至2019年3月就诊于北京中医药大学东直门医院脑病二科并口服内消软脉汤3个月的颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者50例,针对治疗前后颈动脉斑块的纵切厚度、横切厚度及面积的变化进行疗效评价并根据斑块性质及是否合并他汀类药物治疗进行亚组分析。结果总有效率为72.00%;斑块纵切厚度、斑块横切厚度及斑块面积较治疗前均下降(P<0.05),下降百分率分别为22.06%、16.15%、27.40%。不同斑块性质组比较,低回声斑疗效最为明显(P>0.05)。是否合并他汀类药物治疗对于疗效未见明显影响(P>0.05)。结论内消软脉汤可有效控制颈动脉粥样硬化斑块发展。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Neixiao Ruanmai Decoction on patients with carotid atherosclerosis plaque.Methods A total of 50 patients with carotid artery plaque who were treated with Neixiao Ruanmai Decoction for 3 months in the outpatient Department of EncephalopathyⅡof Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from September 2016 to March 2019 was collected according to the retrospective research method.The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated according to the changes of longitudinal thickness,transverse thickness,and plaque area of carotid artery plaque before and after treatment,and subgroup analysis was carried out according to the nature of plaque and whether statins were combined or not.Results The total effective rate was 72.00%;the plaque longitudinal thickness,plaque transverse thickness and plaque area were all decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the percentages of decrease were 22.06%,16.15%,and 27.40%,respectively.Compared with different plaque properties,the effect of hypoechoic plaque was the most obvious(P>0.05).Whether combined with statin therapy had no significant effect on the curative effect(P>0.05).Conclusion Neixiao Ruanmai Decoction can effectively control the development of carotid atherosclerotic plaques.
