甲芪肝纤颗粒中桃仁的定性定量方法研究

Research on qualitative and quantitative methods of peach kernel in Jiaqi Ganxian Granules

目的建立甲芪肝纤颗粒中桃仁的定性定量方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对甲芪肝纤颗粒中的桃仁进行定性研究;采用高效液相色谱法对甲芪肝纤颗粒中的苦杏仁苷进行含量测定。结果薄层鉴别斑点清晰,分离度较好,阴性无干扰。含量测定精密度、稳定性、重复性良好,平均回收率为97.91%,RSD值为1.04%。结论该方法简便,结果准确可靠,可作为其质量控制方法。

Objective To establish qualitative and quantitative methods of peach kernel in Jiaqi Ganxian Granules.Methods The peach kernel in Jiaqi Ganxian Granules was qualitatively researched by thin layer chromatography(TLC)method.The content of amygdalin in Jiaqi Ganxian Granules was determined by high performance liquid chromatography method.Results TLC identification spots were clear,with good resolution and negative without interference.The precision,stability and repeatability of the content determination were good,with the average recovery rate of 97.91%and RSD value of 1.04%.Conclusion The method is simple,and the result is accurate and reliable.Therefore,it can be u sed as its quality control method.
