中西医结合延续性护理在痛风性关节炎患者中的应用效果

Effect of continuous nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in patients with gouty arthritis

目的评估痛风性关节炎应用中西医结合延续性护理的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年7月在福建医科大学附属闽东医院住院的痛风性关节炎患者80例,按照随机数表法分为干预组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组仅接受常规出院指导,干预组接受出院后6个月中西医结合延续性护理,比较两组出院后6个月关节炎复发情况和生活质量。结果干预组的生活质量各领域评分和总均分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),干预组出院后第一次复发时间明显迟于对照组(P<0.05),干预组出院后6个月内复发次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05),干预组出院后6个月时血清尿酸明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合延续性护理可以推迟痛风性关节炎患者出院后第一次复发时间,减少复发次数,并提高其生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the effect of continuous nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in patients with gouty arthritis.Methods A total of 80 patients with gouty arthritis hospitalized in Mindong Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2019 to July 2020 were divided into the intervention group and the control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group The control group accepted only routine discharge guidance,while the intervention group accepted continuous nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine 6 months after discharge.The recurrence of arthritis and quality of life at 6 months after discharge were compared.Results The scores of quality of life in various fields and total average scores were significantly higher in the intervention group than the control(P<0.05).The median time from discharge to first recurrence was significantly longer in the intervention group than the control(P<0.05).The recurrences quantity within 6 months after discharge was significantly less in the intervention group than the control(P<0.05).Serum uric acid at 6 months after discharge was significantly lower in the intervention group than the control(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can delay the first recurrence after discharge for patients with gouty arthritis,reduce the recurrence times,and improve their quality of life.
