摘要
文章基于2007—2020年重庆市37个县(区)的面板数据,延续两阶段半参数DEA模型的实证检验思路,先运用非径向DEA模型和Malmquist指数法测算了农业生产效率,再运用随机效应Tobit模型对可能影响农业生产效率的宏观外部因素进行验证,研究其驱动机制并分析可行的转型路径,这对于提高农业生产效率具有一定的理论启示意义和政策借鉴价值。
Based on the panel data of 37 counties(districts)in Chongqing from 2007 to 2020,this paper continued the empirical test idea of two-stage semi-parametric DEA model,and first used non-radial DEA model and Malmquist index method to measure agricultural production efficiency.Then,the random effect Tobit model is used to verify the macroscopic external factors that may affect agricultural production efficiency,study its driving mechanism and analyze the feasible transformation path,which has certain theoretical enlightenment and policy reference value for improving agricultural production efficiency.
